According to the article by Alexia Wellbelove, sharks should be protected no hunted because Australians are using our rivers and oceans for more and more recreational and commercial activities. she supports this by giving stats about us being more likely stung by a bee or drowning rather than being attacked by a shark. she intends to show the audience that we should not blame the shark for all of the attacks because humans are the ones who are provoking them. the intended audience are readers who are blaming sharks for the attacks that have been happening

In the Book "Shark attacks: Terrifying True Accounts of Shark Attacks Worldwide" by Alex MacCormick, he states that shark attacks are usually occurring no more than five feet into the water which forces him to ask the question, how safe is it to be in shallow waters? In "Putting Good Reasons into Action"Faigley and Selzer state that one of the first steps in writing a successful paper is to find a purpose for writing the chosen argument. In the book "Good Reasoning" in chapter four, Lester Faigley and Jack Selzer clearly state that the thesis can make or break you paper due to the fact of it being a well written paper that is not to broad for any audience that may be possibly reading it. According to these two writers, finding a topic for your argument can be a hard part in the process of writing a paper depending if the writer is focused, open to the reader's perspective, and keeping his own interests in mind. Their purpose is to show students how to properly construct a paper for it to be a strong well written argument for the intended readers. the audience they are trying to reach is young writers who are beginning to write such as late high school or early college.

relation between two articles and radio station
The scholarly article about misconduct relates to the other article as well as the sampling that came on the radio station because they all talk about something that can be seen as illegal. As in all three of the articles, not everyone thinks they are illegal. there are some people that believe it is okay because it may "bring a new song" or "it helps people learn" but i believe that all of the people who believe that it is not illegal, are wrong. in all three articles dishonesty and stealing are huge factors in all three of the articles. If you steal other people's work, you are going to continue to steal throughout your lifetime. same goes for the stealing of the music. once you steal music, you will continue to steal it to make new songs and have new beats. so being illegal is the reason why all three articles relate in my eyes. there is nothing right about these three articles.

In the article, "The Integration of Rational Choice and Self-Efficacy Theories: A Situational Analysis of Student Misconduct" talks about all of the misconduct and academic dishonesty that is going on throughout all schools. The article states that no one knows if the misconduct will ever come to an end and also that the misconduct in school is leading up to misconduct in the work force meaning that people will not be honest to their bosses or anyone else in that matter. The intended audience of this article is young adults who are in college as well as students with jobs who have not had misconduct anywhere else because it gives strong examples of what happens in the early work force of why students get fired.

plagiarims and sampling
the radio station that was aired talked about a term called sampling meaning that people take bits and pieces of songs in order to make their music. an example that they gave was the beat. some artist took the beat of one song and put it with another beat from another song to for their song. a topic that came up big was if sampling is illegal. many believe that it shoudnt and is not illegal. Many also belive that artist should be punished and sued for stealing other artists music. it was said that the artist arent the ones that get the credit for the music, the companies that are associated with the artist get all the credit. In the article, it is stated that every year more and more students are plagiaring. there are so many topics online that any student can pick anything and use it for a report or paper that they are writing. whatever is available online is easy access to students for help. many students do cite their references which is the way to not be accused of plagiarism, where others are getting more and more lazy and dont take the extra step in citing. this is a major problem in present times. many fear that plagiarism is never going to end and will continue to grow.
