precis seven

in the article "Two Decades of Shark Research" by Perry W. Gilbert, he states that shark attacks happened since world war two due to the fact of bloody bodies that were shot from planes landed in ocean waters which allowed sharks to move in.  he supports this by stating that scientists have gotten together just to research why sharks act the way they do.  he is trying to inform the reader that sharks attacks have been happening since way back then.  the intended audience are students attaining knowledge about sharks and their attacks.
