In the article "Swimming with the Sharks: perspectives on professional risk taking" by Julie McGowan, she states how risky swimming with sharks are even if it is in the professional field. She supports her article by showing all of the different leaders that have taken risks in order to be successful. She intending to show how successful one can be by taking risks even if they are the most dangerous risks. Her intended audience is individuals who are barely entering the professional field.
