In the article, "The Integration of Rational Choice and Self-Efficacy Theories: A Situational Analysis of Student Misconduct" talks about all of the misconduct and academic dishonesty that is going on throughout all schools.  The article states that no one knows if the misconduct will ever come to an end and also that the misconduct in school is leading up to misconduct in the work force meaning that people will not be honest to their bosses or anyone else in that matter.  The intended audience of this article is young adults who are in college as well as students with jobs who have not had misconduct anywhere else because it gives strong examples of what happens in the early work force of why students get fired.
