relation between two articles and radio station

The scholarly article about misconduct relates to the other article as well as the sampling that came on the radio station because they all talk about something that can be seen as illegal.  As in all three of the articles, not everyone thinks they are illegal.  there are some people that believe it is okay because it may "bring a new song" or "it helps people learn"  but i believe that all of the people who believe that it is not illegal, are wrong.  in all three articles dishonesty and stealing are huge factors in all three of the articles.  If you steal other people's work, you are going to continue to steal throughout your lifetime.  same goes for the stealing of the music. once you steal music, you will continue to steal it to make new songs and have new beats.  so being illegal is the reason why all three articles relate in my eyes.  there is nothing right about these three articles.
